July 30, 2015

Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the location of the suspects that wrote over $1,100.00 in bad checks at Sportsman’s Warehouse located at 2464 US Hwy 6 & 50.

The first wanted subject is ROBERT LEE GOCHA a 37 year old, white male, 6’4” tall, 187 pounds, black hair, blue eyes, and a goatee and wears glasses.  The second wanted subject is CHRISTINE COOK a 23 year old, white female, 5’7” tall, 130 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes.  The suspects were last seen leaving in a 2004 gray Pontiac Montana with Colorado license plate 679VDJ.  The surveillance photo of the suspects can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

July 23, 2015

 

This week Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the suspect that stole merchandise from Cabela’s in Mesa Mall located at 2424 US Hwy 6 & 50.

 

Shortly after 10:40 am on Saturday, April 4th Officers responded to a theft in progress at Cabela’s.  Surveillance video captured the suspect concealing the merchandise inside her toddler’s diaper bag.  The suspect fled the store on foot where she entered a black Cadillac CTS vehicle parked at the IHOP restaurant. The suspect is described as a white female with brown hair, approximately 25 to 35 years old, about 5’5 to 5’8” tall and weighed approximately 160 to 200 pounds. This week Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the suspect involved in a burglary.

Shortly after 2:30 am on Tuesday, June 9th, a video surveillance camera captured an unknown male subject at a home located in the 300 block of Iron Horse Court.  Earlier that same day a subject entered another home located in the 300 block of Red Ridge Court and while inside the residence, the subject removed a women’s large straw purse that had a large black billfold inside and a men’s black wallet both containing personal identification cards, credit cards and cash.  The surveillance photo of the person can be viewed at www.241stop.com.

The Fruita Police Department needs your help to identify and locate a subject that was involved in fraudulent activity.

 

On Sunday, June 7th an unknown subject stole a wallet from a purse inside a shopping cart at City Market located at 135 S. Plum Street in Fruita.  A credit card from the stolen wallet was used by the male subject later that day at Target located at 2424 Highway 6 & 50.   Video surveillance captured a black male with a mustache wearing a black hat, white t-shirt, grey pants and grey boat shoes.  The surveillance photo of the suspect can be viewed at www.241stop.com.

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to identify and locate the suspects involved in a theft.

 

Shortly after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1st the Grand Junction Police Department responded to a theft report at Famous Dave’s Restaurant located at 2440 US Hwy 6 & 50.  The two suspects did not pay for their food before leaving the restaurant in a silver two door sedan.  The first suspect is described as a white female, approximately 25 to 30 years old, about 5’4 to 5’7” tall, 150 to 200 pounds, with blonde hair.  The second suspect is described as a white female, approximately 25 to 30 years old, about 5’4 to 5’7” tall, 150 to 200 pounds, with brown hair.  The surveillance photos of the suspects can be viewed at www.241stop.com.

The Grand Junction Police Department needs your help to identify and locate the suspects involved in fraudulent activity.

On Monday, December 8, 2014, a male and female entered Walmart located at 2545 Rimrock Avenue and purchased over $500 in merchandise using a stolen debit card.  The suspects made additional purchases at the local Home Depot, City Market and Ross Store.  The total estimated value of loss is over $1,200.  Video surveillance captured the two suspects.  The first suspect was a black male with dark hair wearing a light blue long sleeve button-up shirt and tan dress pants.  The second suspect was a white female with blonde hair wearing a yellow long sleeve button-up shirt with dark pants.  They were last seen leaving in a white SUV vehicle.  Photos of the suspects can be viewed at www.241stop.com .

This week Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the male subject that test drove a red 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse and did not return it.

Just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 11th Officers were dispatched to a report of an Auto Theft in the 2400 block of Hwy 6 & 50.  The victim had been advertising a vehicle for sale online when the suspect responded via email to request a test drive.  The suspect is described as a white male with a square jaw in his late teens to early twenties, about 5’5” to 5’9” tall, approximately 135 to 155 pounds, wearing a black hat and sunglasses.  The total property loss is over $18,000.

This week Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the male subjects that setup ATM Skimming devices.

Just before 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27th Officers were dispatched to the Bank of Colorado located at 200 Grand Avenue in reference to the skimmer device they found on the ATM machine.    Video surveillance captured two male subjects approximately 20-30 years of age installing the device around 5:50 a.m.  The first male wore a black jacket, white hat and black pants.  The second male wore a black long sleeve shirt, black baseball cap and blue jeans.  Both males were later seen in the area traveling in a black, four-door Honda or Oldsmobile sedan with unknown California license plates.

At the same time, staff from the Bank of Colorado located at 2903 Patterson Road found a skimmer device on their drive-up ATM machine. Video surveillance captured two male subjects approximately 20-30 years of age installing the device around 5:40 a.m.  The first male wore dark colored pants, a gray hoodie sweatshirt underneath a dark colored jacket.  The second male wore a black hoodie sweatshirt and blue jeans.  The surveillance photo of the suspects can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help in locating the suspects that used a stolen credit card at Walgreen’s located at 240 W. Park Drive on Thursday, April 16th. 

The first suspect is described as a white male about 5’6” to 5’8” tall, approximately 160-180 pounds with short dark hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark blue sleeveless shirt with a star emblem on the front and camouflage pants.  The second suspect is described as a white male about 5’9” to 6’1” tall, approximately 200-240 pounds with short dark hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, jeans and a gray shirt over a white long-sleeve shirt and white tennis shoes.   The surveillance photo of the suspects can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

The Grand Junction Police Department needs your help to identify and locate a theft suspect. 

In the Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital between 11:30 p.m. and Midnight on Wednesday, March 18th, an unidentified male subject stole a black 7” long Coach wallet with a “C” pattern print that contained both victim’s personal identification cards and cash.

The male was described as white, late 20’s to early 30’s, wearing a white and light gray basketball shorts, black t-shirt and dark baseball cap.  The surveillance photo of the suspect can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.
