May 28, 2015

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help in locating the suspects that used a stolen credit card at Walgreen’s located at 240 W. Park Drive on Thursday, April 16th. 

The first suspect is described as a white male about 5’6” to 5’8” tall, approximately 160-180 pounds with short dark hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark blue sleeveless shirt with a star emblem on the front and camouflage pants.  The second suspect is described as a white male about 5’9” to 6’1” tall, approximately 200-240 pounds with short dark hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, jeans and a gray shirt over a white long-sleeve shirt and white tennis shoes.   The surveillance photo of the suspects can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

May 21, 2015

The Grand Junction Police Department needs your help to identify and locate a theft suspect. 

In the Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital between 11:30 p.m. and Midnight on Wednesday, March 18th, an unidentified male subject stole a black 7” long Coach wallet with a “C” pattern print that contained both victim’s personal identification cards and cash.

The male was described as white, late 20’s to early 30’s, wearing a white and light gray basketball shorts, black t-shirt and dark baseball cap.  The surveillance photo of the suspect can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the suspect that stole cash from a wallet left in a photo both at Mesa Mall located at 2424 Highway 6 & 50.

Crime Stoppers is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the suspect that switched merchandise price tags on Friday, April 10th around 12:30 pm from Sportsman’s Warehouse located at 2464 US Hwy 6 & 50.

The suspect is a White male in his early 60’s, about 5’10” tall and 190 pounds, with short white wavy hair and eyeglasses.  He was last seen wearing a light blue T-shirt, blue jean shorts and white tennis shoes.  The suspect was last seen leaving in a late 90’s model tan or gray Buick Sedan.  The surveillance photo of the suspect can be viewed at www.241STOP.com.

This week Crime Stoppers of Mesa County needs your help in locating the suspect that vandalized the Mesa County Central Library located at 530 Grand Avenue.

Around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 9th, surveillance video captured the suspect using a black sharpie marker to write graffiti in the men’s area restroom.  The suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 5’10”-6’0” tall, about 300 pounds, with dark short shaved hair.  He was last seen wearing striped short-sleeve shirt, tan pants with white tennis shoes and a Colorado Rockies baseball cap.  The surveillance photo of the suspect can be viewed at www.241stop.com.

This week Crime Stoppers of Mesa County needs your help in locating the suspect that found the victim’s debit card in the 1200 block of Texas Avenue in Grand Junction. 

Sometime between 12:00-1:00 am on Sunday, March 15th, the victim lost their black Apple 4S IPhone, CMU Maverick ID card and debit card while walking a friend home.   The lost debit card was used later at McDonald’s and a Loco Convenience store.  The total property loss is less than $300.

This week Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the suspect(s) who burglarized a business.

Shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Monday, March 9th, officers responded to a burglary alarm at Redlands Liquor located at 2500 Broadway.  Unknown subjects unlawfully gained entry to the business by throwing rocks to break the window.  While inside, they removed several bottles of liquor.  The total estimated damage and property loss is over $1,100.   The surveillance photo of the suspects can be viewed at www.241stop.com.

This week Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is requesting information that will lead to the identification of the female suspect that stole cash from  Goodwill Industries located at 630 24 ½ Road.

Shortly after 5:15 pm on Monday, March 16th video surveillance captured a white female approximately 20-30 years old, 5’6” tall about 130 pounds with red auburn hair wearing blue t-shirt and dark pants.  She reached over the counter to remove money from an open cash register.  Photos of the suspect can be viewed at www.241stop.com.
